Had dinner Monday eve. Restaurant is old school charm, food was excellent and so was the service. Sat at the bar, enjoyed meat lovers pizza and a nice fresh salad. Enjoyed a bottle of chianti with a good friend and visited with the bartender. I'll be back, if your reading this review, you should visit too. Ron and Erin

OK, guys. I am ashamed to admit I have been in the Atwater area for the last 12 years.....and this is my FIRST TIME HERE! We went here for dinner. It was POPPING! It was a busy night, and there were a couple of parties on the patio; all that being said, we were there for maybe an hour-hour and a half. Our food came out in stages, and our drinks stayed full. (Big kudos for this) I didn't get our sweet waitress' name, but the receipt said Isabel, anyhow she had dark hair & pretty blue nails. It was apparent that tonight was an off night. Apparently, someone passed out, and another person quit; so the service was slower than normal (based on how other customers were acting). All of that to be said, our waitress was sweet and stayed on top of our needs. The meal was like a night at Nona's. My Italian hubby was stoked & said this brought back childhood memories of his Italian family's houses. Had the Dino & Frank (music) in the background. It was a meal and a good ambiance. It was a little dated for decor - but c'mon....who's Nona's house is modern? Despite the chaos....we will be back. Still need to try those fried Oreos. Also, for those who are soda snobs (raises hand) they have Pepsi products.

OMG, OMG, OMG! We had the large garbage pizza thin crust and it was so delicious, crispy on the bottom and the flavor of the pizza, wow! We arrived around 4 pm when they opened. No parking issues at all. The atmosphere was quaint, unique and loved hearing Italian music. I will only go back there for their pizza but I do want to try another dinner dish. If your in Atwater go there, I highly recommend it!
